We’re halfway through 2025. Are you ahead, or falling behind?

Can you believe it? It's officially July, and summer is finally here! Although it seems like it's already zooming by, am I right? Time flies when you're having fun!

Now, let's talk about the 2025 goals we all set back in January, whether in the form of New Year's resolutions, action plans, or any other goal, intention, or desire you may have set for yourself. No worries if they've become a blur amidst all the excitement. We've all been there! Life has a way of keeping us on our toes, especially in six short months. But fear not, because this exciting milestone marks the perfect moment to kick things into high gear and embrace the potential of the next half of 2025!

So, let's pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and celebrate all the amazing progress you've made towards your goals! Whether you've been crossing items off your list or embarking on new adventures, it's a time to pat yourself on the back for the hard work and determination you've shown so far.

Here are four tips to set yourself up for an amazing second half of 2025:

1. Audit:

Take an audit of the goals or intentions that you set for yourself at the beginning of this year.

Ask yourself:

  • What's one key lesson or realization you've had the last six months about your professional or business self?

  • What's one strategy, decision, or shift you've made in the first half of the year?

2. Celebrate:

Celebrate your progress! Any wins, big and small, deserve to be celebrated.

Ask yourself:

  • What’s one moment from this year so far that deserves more recognition than you gave it?

  • How have you shown up in a way that your past self would be proud of?

3. Still Relevant?:

Look at your goals or intentions and see if they're still relevant and important to you. If they are, are they reasonable to achieve by the end of 2025?

Ask yourself:

  • What are you ready to release energetically or practically?

  • Which goals no longer reflect who you are or what matters most right now?

4. Bite-Size:

Go small to go big. When you're feeling overwhelmed by how much there is to accomplish, break up your goals into 30 day chunks.

Ask yourself:

  • What's one bold move I can commit to in the next 30 days?

  • Where can I simplify or streamline to create space for focused action this month?

Let me know which question unlocked an insight for you. I love to hear from my community how they are growing and how they are navigating their lives.

With all of these, make sure to give yourself the space to reflect—whether that’s journaling, taking a walk, or simply sitting with these questions. Slowing down to actually answer them isn’t a luxury; it’s where clarity lives. When you pause long enough to listen, that’s when the momentum starts to build.

And if you haven't set any goals at the start of the year, no worries at all! It's never too late to begin your journey towards self-improvement and personal growth. September is the start of school, and it's often the time when people start to really think about how they want to finish off the year. So don't let the idea of "being late to the game" hold you back!

With gratitude + delight,
