Change Makers' Table:
Uniting for Inclusive Excellence
It’s no secret that with this shift in the political landscape, much of what we hear in the media is about a challenge to DEI work—not a commitment to it.
My advice to anyone who is unsure during these times: find connection with your community. This is what helps me focus amidst all the noise, and it reminds me that the media is only a representation of the few.
That’s why I’m excited to host Change Makers’ Table. This monthly Roundtable Series offers a platform for Inclusion & Belonging and Learning & Development executives to connect, share, and learn from peers facing similar challenges and successes.
Whether you're looking for actionable advice, innovative ideas, or simply a supportive community to share your journey, these discussions will help inspire you and reconnect you with your passion in these turbulent times.
